「This hotel is lovely. It is a bit dated though and needs an upgrade. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. It was close to the cathedral and the river.」

Nothing too much trouble Food was excellent for evening meal and breakfast So convenient to have good food in the hotel so we didn’t have to go out again. 「We only stayed for one night, in room 10 on the ground floor. Lovely view over the garden, which with the weather been kind we could sit out in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, nicely cooked and plenty of choice. We didn't really find anywhere to eat in Hereford city centre with it being a Saturday night so I would advise booking something if in a similar situation. Ended up in the Rose and Crown pub (Green King) about 5 minutes walk away, which was just ok.」

「Slightly quirky, very old cottage/stable. Very well appointed with clean, comfortable bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen which is large enough for several people to work in at any one time - ideal for groups of people. Quiet area with access to lovely garden. Welcome pack was much appreciated and great starter for the week.」
