Rocket views from our luxury 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in a desirable Titusvillage neighborhood. Home features large screened patio downstairs and open balcony where you can watch rocket launches. New furniture, king mattresses, down comforters, linens, kitchen appliances, new tile floors downstairs and Tempur-Pedic carpet upstairs, in house full size washer and dryer, Roku TV's in every room...everything is NEW! Our home is light, bright and will not disappoint.

Only 20 mins to. Cape Canaveral National Seashore (Playalinda Beach). Enjoy nature walks, clean beaches, surf, kayaking, and more!
Space enthusiast enjoy a rocket launches from the river Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex 15 minutes away.
Enjoy biking? Titusville is recognized as Florida’s 2nd trail town as part of Florida is greenways and Trail Council.
Visit historic downtown with local brewery and restaurants and shops.

Best place I have stayed in!
This property was amazing! Very clean and well decorated. The plants give it such a nice touch. The beds are very comfortable. The location is good and hostess was wonderful when I had questions. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Clean and comfortable
The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Immaculately clean, with well appointed Kitchen. Perfect location for visiting Kennedy space Center, viewing a rocket launch, and Canaveral national seashore. Check in was easy and check out. Instructions were clear. Host communication was excellent.

Everyone was provided and so very clean. Appreciated the information about restaurants in the area and we enjoyed our meals at Dixie Crossroads. Perfect location for visiting the Kennedy Space Center.

Perfect base for Space Coast
The property proved a perfect base for a short stay on the Space Coast. Very comfortable and well equipped (especially for a group of Brits!). Easy access to both great restaurants and supermarket. Fast access to KSC and State Parks. Communications were always fast and straightforward which really helps with a relaxed stay.

The perfect accommodation!
This could not have been a more perfect place to stay for the 4 of us. My aunt Lyn must use a walker to get around due to her recent hip surgery, so the master bedroom and bathroom were perfect for her! The property is quiet, zero road noise or noise from any neighbors. Thank you so much! We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Titusville!

Perfect for what we needed
This was a perfect place for us while we visited with family in the area and went to the parks at Orlando for a few days. Very clean and comfy. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back to visit our family again.
