"Good service, staff spoke excellent english and was very accommodating. Room was neat and tidy and comfortable.
Location was excellent, right near Haeli art village and Provence village. Worth the price."
"This is a nice, affordable hotel with awesome staff. Rooms are basic as are many hotels in Korea, and are clean and comfortable (one double bed and one single bed in most rooms). The staff is excellent. We stayed here because a family member works close by. Some neighborhood restaurants are within walking distance as well as a few “quick marts”. Unification park with some hiking trails and a rebuilt 1.000 year old palace is nearby."
"Property was clean and filled with amenities. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There were several shops nearby and many kinds of restaurants open late. The main issue was transport. It was nearly impossible to get taxis to/from Goyang & Kintex. "
"A good hotel. The rooms are nice, it’s in a safe area with some decent options nearby, and it’s located very close to both a metro & major bus stop. It also offers interesting amenities for "couples".
Really the only things are that: 1) The hallways outside the rooms lack air conditioning, meaning that if it’s hot you feel it as soon as you step outside your room; and 2) There is only one small elevator to go up and down.
Otherwise, perfectly fine hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in...

"The staff at Hotel The Botanik were em very friendly and spoke good English. The property is conveniently located between two metro stations and a short walk to Gwangjang Market.
The signature suite (two queen bedrooms) was great for our family and had the bonus of in room laundry appliances and a full size fridge freezer. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Just a short walk and metro ride to the main centres. "
