"The hotel was too good. The breakfast the the hotel restaurant was very good. Staff was very helpful and helped us a lot with booking taxis etc."

"Amazing location on edge of the bay. Stunning view from ‘sea-view’ room. Beach area lovely and relaxing (in May anyway). Old town Kotor around a 30 min safe walk - bus stop outside hotel but erratic hourly service if you want to take a gamble on one being on or near time (€2 to old town) - and got told two different scheduled arrival times so… Excellent choice at breakfast (regular and vegetarian). Boat trips can be arranged to pick you up from the hotel beach jetty (no extra charge). Excellent choice for our stay."

"Overall staff trying hard but needs to be better to be a 5 star in several places. Did we have a good time, yes. Areas we suggest for improvement - Charging €4 for literally 2 handfuls of opened crisps in the room. Really for a £230/night room - breakfast service slow (45 mins for porridge each day); no hot chocolate; no decaf drinks; no one to serve at all for 5 mins+; tea pot without a lid each day - only 15 rooms but wait 30 mins for some milk in the room - no hangers at all in the cupboard in either room that we had. On request, given 2 each - roof terrace not available on 1 night re private party on 1 night. Still not reset 24 hours later - no attendant or towels in spa on 2/3 days - asked for a taxi and told that we would need 2 for 4 people. Then relented and said €40. Booked one ourselves for €20 - located on a side road, a very short walk from the sea and the centre, although there’s unfinished construction next door Hope this helps"

"Food in the restaurant is painfully slow (1.5 hours to get breakfast and longer for evening meal - disorganised and lacking in kitchen staff) and is cold when it arrives. Pool not in use but no notification that it had suffered a leak before we arrived. Rooms however are really good with fantastic views."
