“Everything ok with the room, and the customer service ok but the hotel has a lot of hidden fees and they don't tell you until you check out, you see extra charges on your card and also they don't send you a receipt to see what are those charges you call them and they tell you what are those charges but never sent you the receipt.”

Para la experiencia All Inclusive se debe pagar adicional, y tienen diferentes paquetes, no puede ser comparado a un all inclusive de Punta Cana o Cancún. Adicional, tienen algunos anuncios para atraer huéspedes, pero aún no los tienen disponibles. Los boogies no estaban disponibles y las veredas que promocionan no están completas. Deben tener una promoción que refleje lo que ellos proveen, no……

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“We stayed at the royal sonesta July 2026 for 5 days. The whole duration of the stay they had elevator problems. I have mobility issues and we reserved an ocean view room which was on the 16th floor. The 3rd day of our stay we had to leave early for an excursion and we had to come down the stairs 16 flights because the elevators were not working. Later that day waiting for the elevators to go up took so long and the elevator cars were so packed . Our phone in the room was not working either we……

“Llevo años quedándome aquí con mis hijos y al hacer check out siempre nos quedamos un rato en la piscina antes de irnos. Esta vez nos cobraron por quedarnos ese rato, $50 por cada uno (éramos 3) mas el estacionamiento que lo mismo q estaba la noche. Demás está decir que ya tengo otras opciones de hotel para futuras ocasiones. Pero todo lo demas siempre es de nuestro gusto.”
