"Great hotel to stay at in Toba. Location is close to the train station as well as other activities including the Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Toba Aquarium. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. There was a variety of food at the buffets and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"露天風呂付きの部屋に泊まりました。部屋は広くて綺麗で大満足です。ただ、料理のレベルは高くないと感じました。夜の会席と朝食と2食頂きましたが、どちらもイマイチでした。そして1番良いお部屋に泊まったのですが、食事会場で下座に誘導されたのは疑問でした。それなりのサービスを受けたかったと言うのが正直なところです。"

"チワワ二人をつれていきました。チェックインまでプールと1階のドックランでひとしきり遊べて満足しました。お部屋でも、放し飼いを気にせずずっと一緒にいられるので、楽しかったです。自分たちの上の部屋が子供達がいるとの事で、バタバタしてワンちゃん達が眠れないようでした。でも、ご飯も美味しく、お風呂も温泉ではありませんでしたが、風呂からの景色が良かったので、とても気に入りました。スタッフの方も優しくて良かったです。ありがとうございました。"
