"We had a great stay at this property. The place was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and it met our family’s needs very well. There was a minor issue with the water needed for the requested laundry, but aside from that, everything was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend the property to others."

"We loved our stay at this boutique hotel. The place is small but is so clean and well maintained . The manager is really what makes the place he made us feel like we were home, offered us an upgrade to king size bed free, and had our room available early. He gave us his number and acted as our concierge basically said to call him for anything we needed or wanted and he delivered! We sat by the pool and he brought us cold beers told us about places we could go and even offered to get us a driver to take us around ( who ended up being an amazing person as well). The breakfast is made to order and delicious. The staff were attentive and we could access the speaker and play music by the beautiful pool which we enjoyed even at 2am after a night out. I would say that manager Kirby is the highlight here, definitely returning soon Tobago is gorgeous and the people are great my one complaint would be the mattress a little stiff but nothing a foam topper and mattress pad can’t fix. Overall great place, great experience. ❤️❤️❤️"

"Our room was quite spacious and well appointed with all the necessities. The property was clean, well maintained and the staff was friendly and very courteous. Waking to the sound of water gently lapping at the shoreline, Having breakfast brought to our room and eating out on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean, Nylon pool off in the distance, Buccoo Beach and Broadwalk was serene and peaceful. We even had the chance to see fishermen bring in a catch of several sharks including a hammer head on the jetty which our balcony overlooked. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Merci Buccoo is a gem and wonderful place to stay in Tobago."

"Overall, we had a good experience at the Magdalena Grand. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service we received from the team was appreciated, especially when dealing with an unexpected issue. On our first night, there was a plumbing problem and we were unable to use the water for showering. The issue was resolved later that night, and the staff made an effort to provide alternative arrangements so we could manage while it was being fixed. Their willingness to assist helped make the situation less frustrating. The breakfast was decent and similar to what you would expect at many hotels. The selection was somewhat limited and it was not particularly spectacular, but it was also not disappointing. Overall, the Magdalena Grand provided a pleasant stay. While there were a few areas that could be improved, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and good customer service contributed to an enjoyable experience"
