Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with rustic-chic decor, high-quality cotton linens, and ceiling fans to ensure restful, peaceful nights:

Upper Level – King Loft Suite:
Climb the stairs to your private open-concept loft featuring a King-size log bed, matching nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, and a roomy closet stocked with a Pack & Play, sheets, and a booster seat for little ones. Cozy cabin vibes and a peaceful setting await.

Main Level – Two Bedrooms:
• Bedroom 2: Features two Full-size log beds—perfect for kids, teens, or friends sharing. Includes a closet with hangers, mirror, ceiling fan, tower fan, and a luggage rack.
• Bedroom 3: Offers a Queen-size log bed, cozy furnishings, a closet with hangers, mirror, ceiling fan, tower fan, and a luggage rack.

Loft Library/Lounge Area:
Located just beside the King bedroom loft, this cozy nook is perfect for curling up with a book, journaling, or serving as a kids’ corner before bedtime.

Bathroom:
The clean, updated bathroom is stocked with essentials for your stay:
• Shower with a rain shower head (no tub)
• Fresh bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, makeup towels, and a plush bath mat
• Starter toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap
• Initial supply of toilet paper (additional may be needed for longer stays)

Fully Equipped Kitchen. Cook, dine, and unwind in the charming, well-stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need:
• Full-size appliances
• Pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, dishes, glasses
• Plasticware for outdoor dining
• Coffee station with Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French press (starter K-Cups, grounds, tea, creamer, stir sticks provided)
• Olive oil, salt, pepper
• Telescoping s’mores sticks for the fire pit
• Starter supplies: dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags

Open Living & Dining Space
A bright, inviting open-concept living room and dining area bring everyone together:

Living Room: Relax by the propane fireplace, unwind on the comfy sofa and chairs, enjoy movie nights on the large Smart TV, or simply admire the woodland views through expansive windows.

Dining Area: Gather around the antique trestle table with seating for 6—perfect for meals, puzzles, or board games.

Laundry-A full-size washer and dryer are located on the main level for your convenience. We provide a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets. An iron and ironing board are located in the closet of Bedroom 3.

Outdoor Living- The private outdoor space is a highlight of the chalet:
• Wraparound deck with seating
• Private hot tub (seats 6, professionally cleaned before every stay)
• Fire pit with Adirondack chairs (firewood provided; weather may affect dryness)
• Hammock for lounging beneath the trees

Watch for wildlife right from the deck—deer and birds frequently visit!

Community Amenities -You’ll have access to a gated community packed with amenities:
• 4 seasonal outdoor pools (open Memorial Day–Labor Day)
• 2 lakes with beaches, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing
• Mini golf, tennis, basketball courts
• Playgrounds, splash pad, picnic areas
We are located just 0.4 miles (2-minute drive) from the new K Pool area (built in 2022).

Amenity Access
To access shared amenities, wristbands are required (ages 3+) and cost $12/person/day. Purchase at the pool or Welcome Center on the day of use (non-refundable). Don’t forget to grab the purple pool pass at the gate!

Gated Community Rules.
We kindly ask guests to follow community guidelines:
• All guests and vehicles must be pre-registered before arrival (form sent after booking; $50 registration fee included booking).
• Late registration (within 2 days of check-in) will incur a $75 rush fee by the HOA.
• Quiet hours **10 PM – 8 AM**.
• No unregistered guests.
• Community rules must be followed; violations may result in fines passed on to guests.

Please drive 25 MPH and watch for kids and wildlife.
