On the day of arrival, we got to the property about an hour before the stated check-in time, and the host was very flexible in allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated.Overall, the property is nice. “Such a wonderful trip to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday! We stayed in this house with 3 other families and there was plenty of space for all to sleep and cook/eat together. “There was 42 of us and everyone slept comfortably, communication was excellent and all my questions were always answered! There was just wasn’t a lot of hot water and many people had issues with freezing cold showers but besides that everything was wonderful! ”

“Very cute house! Love the woods, the hot tub was great. It was comfortable as well! ”

“House was beautiful although we had no heat. After calling a few time we found out that there was no propane . They did bring us space heaters but couldn’t cook and spent almost 2 days being cold . ”

“I will start this review by saying that I believe the most disappointing thing about our stay was the amount of potential this house had. Before we even stayed at the house, we got a message a couple days before our stay saying “the hot tub was not working”. I responded saying “oh man. That’s one of the reasons we chose this place” and the response was “I know. I’m sorry.” That response was disappointing but I appreciated the heads up and figured the house would make up for it…LET ME SAY… we……

“This place is great! The hot tub, it has a real working fireplace, deer all over the property while you’re hanging out by the fire pit, only 15 minutes from the water parks, and plenty of space for the whole family. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the Tobyhanna/pocono area. ”
