「We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days during mid-June and the pool filter was broken such that the pool was unusable during our entire stay. For a remote place with limited amenities in the immediate area this was very limiting and certainly detracted from the experience that it should have been. The staff was gracious and did compensate by providing us a free spa usage which was a welcome experience. In addition, the meals we had during our stay at the facility were excellent.」

I proprietari dell'hotel premurosi e sempre disponibili, camere sempre pulite con tutto il necessario in bagno e camera 」

「Un peu surpris en prenant le chemin qui conduit à l’hôtel car l’hôtel n’est pas tout de suite visible, caché par une construction inachevée envahie par les ronces.」

「Camera sufficientemente spaziosa e pulita. Avremmo gradito un kit tè/caffè ma c’era il frigo bar. asciuga capelli smetteva di funzionare dopo meno di 10 secondi. Kit bagno appena sufficiente. Materasso molto comodo e letto grande. Tv minuscola. Appena visibile dal letto. Colazione internazionale appena sufficiente per varietà ma buona. Succhi confezionati. 」

「Excellente étape,la ville de Salsomaggiore est une jolie petite ville très agréable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé face à la station thermale. Personnel aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec des produits de qualité, beau choix de charcuterie et toasts+ saumon, gâteaux faits maison savoureux. Belle chambre spacieuse, bonne literie, très propre. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir.」

「Un bosco davvero magico a 5 minuti dal borgo di Castell'Arquato, perfetto per chi vuole staccare dalla città e rilassarsi nel vero senso della parola, che sia sul porticato della casa o nel bosco o tra gli ulivi. Sonia è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile, noi siamo stati benissimo! torneremo di sicuro! Grazie.」

「I do not make a habit of leaving bad reviews, and it saddens me to do so, but please do not use this hotel. The hotel has fallen into decay, there are insects everywhere inside and outside, the hotel smells old and rotten, the long forgotten pool in the basement together with the parking lot, leaves you to believe you are at the wrong address before entering. Another "fun fact" is that the key for each room works for the whole floor, perhaps the whole hotel. We left the hotel after 90 minutes...
