Welcome to your modern mountain escape! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home features soaring windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy gathering spaces. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck or stargazing from the hot tub, you’ll feel tucked away—yet you’re just a short drive to Boone’s best hikes, shops, and restaurants.
The road less traveled is gravel! That’s how you know you’re heading somewhere special. We suggest 4WD or AWD to help you cruise up the mountain with ease, year round, and it is required November-April.

• 🧼 This is a professionally cleaned home with fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies provided.
• 🔕 Quiet hours begin at 9 PM to respect the peaceful mountain setting and nearby neighbors.
