"The staff is incredibly polite. There was always some who fluently speak English. Calling for a taxi was an excellent service: the driver would come in to pick us at the lobby. A recommendation for visitors to Tokio: bring an AI automatic translator with you and ask the staff to print addresses where you will go for the taxi drivers often not speak English. The hotel is excellent: a 5/5!"

"This is my second time staying. First time with family with 2 young kids and now second time as a solo female traveller. The hotel is on the south side of Shinjuku away from the hustle and bustle which I appreciate and feel safe when walking from JR station alone or with young kids. It is a quick walk to the busier side to get 24 ramen and shopping. The rooms are bogger than normal rooms and is very clean. Will definitely stay there again next time."
