Exceptional Staff & Service: Since I only speak English, I was a bit nervous about logistics, but the staff here went completely above and beyond. They were incredibly nice and accommodating, even helping translate and coordinate directly with my other hotel to handle my luggage shipping (Takkyubin). They made what could have been a very stressful process absolutely seamless!
Impeccable Cleanliness: The hotel is extremely clean. Every single day, it was such a relief to come back from a long day of activities and sightseeing to a perfectly refreshed, spotless room.
Perfect Location & Amenities: The location is unbeatable—super convenient and close to everything, making navigating Tokyo incredibly easy. On top of that, the in-room Wi-Fi was strong, fast, and reliable the entire time.
