Poor WiFi connection, no extra pillows available (the pillow is like 5cm thick only), the mattress was extermly old and too soft! *beware of the payment in reception which charge directly on your credit card currency instead of Japanese yen, that I need to pay more or less US$30 extra. Though I complained it to the staff, who is unable to understand English well and he just let it be.*

床型是日本獨有的Semi-Double，Hotels.com訂房網頁應該更清楚的標示，不應該將標準雙人床、Semi-Double、小雙人床與加大單人混為一談。入住5天，浴室腳踏墊有2天忘記提供，浴袍有2天補到3套，大浴巾有1天忘記更換，免治馬桶的觸控面板忘記更換電池，所以整整4天不能使用。

離車站十分鐘距離，周遭住宅區晚上很安靜，半夜只有旁邊的全家不過很夠了，走一段路可以到秋葉原挺方便的，服務員態度很好英語可以溝通，房間雖然小但乾淨夠用，有機會會在考慮入住

Definitely worth the price

I stayed for two nights, paid HK$550 for each night on average. Although the room is a bit packed, the overall environment is comfortable. The bath tube is satisfactorily clean. The quality of shampoo, conditioner and body soap is quite good. For those who stay more than one night, new towels, tea bags and coffee are provided (for free) every day. The good news for coffee drinker is that the coffee provided is not instant coffee, but grounded coffee bag, which is good enough for something provided without any additional charge. The most interesting thing is, books written by the APA group founder, as well as a comic about the development of the group, are provided in the room. The comic is enjoyable for those who know the Japanese language. It would be better if an English translated version is also provided, in consideration that the hotel targets international tourists.

不錯的酒店

房間細小，浴室狹窄，電視只有國際NHK新聞可看。優點是靜、近神田JR及METRO站，酒店對面亦有便利店，房間整潔度不俗。服務人員略懂英文。WIFI無問題，可正常使用。

It's bad in general

We stayed two nights in this hotel, and somehow they offered us one bottle of water for our entire stay only. Our umbrella disappeared when we came back from the second night and there was no toilet paper in the room. We have to go down to the lobby to ask for one more roll and staff marked down our room number. Come on, it's just a roll of toilet paper, why treat us like this? The shower water was switching between hot and cold water all the time. I have stayed in a lot of chain hotels in Japan, and for sure this is the worst I have ever stayed in and I won't be going back for APA hotel chain again.

讚好：整潔度和職員與服務

不滿：客房舒適度

close by Akihabara and main road

stayed here 4 nights for business trip. Quiet and clean hotel, with good service. Its on the main room so there was plenty of taxis for getting around, only 15 mins to Akihabara on foot, however it's also 10 mins to the Kanda JR station and it was a pain dragging a suitcase from the station to the hotel. The room was good except the shower didn't work well and the water temperature kept fluctuating, one second it was normal and then suddenly it was bloody freezing, guess since my room was on top floor, its something with water pressure. The room smells a bit even though I was on non smoking floor, they should place non smoking floor below smoking floor and not visa versa, since smoke does go up. There was only a trousers press and no ironing facility. Breakfast which was quite a hassle, had to walk 10 mins to near the station for breakfast every morning.
