A couple of years ago I stayed at a hotel in Paris where you could put the towel down from one wall of the bathroom and it'd already be in the shower. I didn't expect I'd find a smaller hotel room, but then I hadn't expected back then I'd be in central Tokyo. Booked a room here since the location was very convenient for my office location at Sanno Park Tower. Room (#201) very compact. I think with 2 people, after storing luggage there would be little room left to move. If i pushed the chair even slightly back from the desk area, it'd hit the bed.
I don't think there's much English signage at the front door, so I spent a few minutes looking for it in the evening when I arrived. The English of the front desk staff varied, but they all tried to help with directions & information as much as they could. The daily cleaning was thorough. The indoor breakfast area would be challenged for space if half a dozen people came down at the same time, but I was quite satisfied with the breakfast items available over the 3 days I stayed there.
