Property was very small and check was a bit difficult to find the lock box and the phone number on the door to ask for help was wrong. Property is a bit further away from the sights than I expected but it was good value for money.

There was no staff on site and it was almost impossible to connect with the host. The way to check-in was very unclear and no one to clean the room each day. It was conveniently located near family Mart, 7-Eleven, and a few minute walk to train stations. I arrived after midnight and it took nearly 2 hours to figure out how to get in.

Walking distance to at least three different train lines makes for getting around Tokyo easier. An abundance of conveniece stores is nice as well

There was a family mart and 7-11 within walking distance. Easy access to two train stations. Also close to a steak house open in the evenings. It was easy to access, a great size for families and a safe location.

Rooms were clean, with mini fridge, microwave, WiFi, AC, and bathroom amenities as advertised. We just ran into a little problem that check-in process required an email that we never got. Listed phone number did not get a response, but ringing the electronic “doorbell” had an immediate answer and resolution from a remote attendant.

Room was not clean. Hair on the floor, bed etc. Even the floor seemed dirty. Tried reaching out to Expedia but they wouldn't refund me for the second day. WiFi details were not available and when I reached out to the property they replied the next day.

Room looks bigger in pictures. No place for luggage. Very small for 4 people. Motion sensor in bathroom for light. If you don’t move light goes out which is a little annoying. People nice. Self check in/out. No room service if you stay more than one day. We managed but very cramped. 2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child.

While the price was relatively low for a 3-night stay, I was overall disappointed with this one. The room wasn’t very clean: floor had clumps of hair and dust, stains on walls, stains in the bathtub, clumps of lint on the fan screen. The WiFi connection was only available for about 50% miles of the time, and would shut off unpredictably. The heater/AC unit didn’t work at arrival. All of these issues were reported to the host, but the only way to communicate with them is through this Expedia app, and there is a long delay before receiving a response. And the responses were stock phrases or AI-generated, revealing a lack of care. One time it was suggested I provide photos of dirt to email address “————@————.——-“. Didn’t exactly feel like there was much sincerity with providing service. I’m old-fashioned, and much prefer to communicate directly with a human voice. There’s just a lack of communication and follow-up. There was somebody sent to check out the heater after the first night. It was fixed but again, it was not communicated to us.
