この度はplat hostel keikyu asakusa karinにご宿泊をいただき、誠にありがとうございます。 また、お忙しい中、ご意見の投稿のお時間をいただき感謝申し上げます。 まず、快適なご滞在を提供することが出来ず大変申し訳ございませんでした。 通常、スタッフやメンテナンススタッフが入ることがないお部屋横でしたが、昨日は、機械トラブルに伴い、お部屋の横を通らせていただきました。 きちんとお声掛けをすべきだったにも関わらず、配慮に欠けた対応をしてしまい、大変失礼いたしました。 ホステルでありながら、ホテルのような快適な空間の提供を目指しておりますので、今回のご意見、真摯に受け止め、改善に努めて参ります。 貴重なご意見をいただきまして、誠にありがとうございました。

Dear guest, thanks so much for your review! We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay at our hostel and also our services. Just a couple of things, and I am sorry that we did not explain it to you clearly. -Check out regular time is 11:00, not 10:00 so feel free to take your time in the morning! -We have a mixed dormitory, but also a female only dormitory for the safety of our female guests. We hope to see you back again!
