The host was extremely nice and accommodating. We arrived early and I had some schoolwork that needed to be turned in in a timely fashion and the homeowner was gracious enough to let us stay so I could finish my coursework using the Wi-Fi while he finished tidying up. The home was very close to the train station and to Haneda airport (walking distance). The property was very spacious and had more than enough room for myself and 3 guests with room to spare. I would absolutely recommend Samurai House to anyone staying in Tokyo, especially for a long term stay. The price was also incredibly affordable. Would love to stay here again. Beds were comfy, ac was cold, having laundry available was convenient, and it is in close proximity to any traveling needs to reach the inner city. Loved it.

Excellent place for a family of 6

The place is amazing, location wise very close to train station and a few convenience store. Haneda Airport and Toyota car hire is also close by =) The host, Biny is a great guy and easy to talk to, overall an excellent stay.. Would recommend for fixtures to be upgraded but all is good

Great amount of space for the price. Easy access to the Anamori-Inori train station and grocery stores. Homeowner Biny was very hospitable.

The house is suitable for max 4 person in my opinion. We rented it for 6 and it was not so comfortable. It's very close to the railway so from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm it's a little bit noisy. The host is very helpful and nice.

Close to monorail, train station and Hanaeda Airport. Just remember the train station is private and not part of JR.

We had an early flight into Haneda, Biny-san was kind enough to let us check into the house at 10am thought check-in was 2pm. The house was very near the train station which makes getting around very easy. The house was in a clean and good condition and everything was working perfectly. On our last day, he even offered to drop us at the airport after we handed the key back to him. Definitely will book again when we return to Tokyo again

Best Place and Location for me and My Family

I'm very Please with this place, you get a whole house with everything you have in your own house, no need to bring anything, just food you would like to cook and snacks. Two stops away from the Train. Very convenient, Biny the owner was always in contact with me, the day I go back to Tokyo I will stay and I will send my family and friends to it. Thank You Biny from me and my Family.
