Be sure to get the access code to the property as well as to your room before you get there as there’s no attendant and no one answering the phone.

We found out the fridge was broken when we arrived but the host quickly got that replaced! Location is great and it’s really nice to have the suite (ex. kitchen and laundry) compared to other hotels.

This place was amazing. But the checkin process was long, intrusive, and tedious online. There are train stations 5 and 10 min away, as well as markets and convenience stores

The property was very clean and well maintained with great facilities including a washer/dryer which was very convenient. The rooms were spacious, and the area was quite, making for a very relaxing stay. It’s located close to public transport making it easier to get around. Check-in was simple and hassle free, and the Japanese style beds were comfortable and a nice experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.

If you want to experience Tokyo, this is an excellent place to do so. You live in accommodations that provide you with insight into Japanese lifestyle. You are close to everything and become familiar with the neighbourhood, the transit system, and all the Tokyo has to offer. I would highly recommend this facility.

All was good except for the fact that the place has no elevator and we were given the 3rd floor for 4 people with 4 heavy large luggages. We ended up having to carry some of the luggage contents by pieces up 3 flights of stairs multiple times both at check in and out.

The unit was essentially an apartment, equipped with kitchen, one toilet, a one piece and a two piece shower rooms, a laundry room, a Japanese tatami style living room and a bedroom. Our unit even came with a small balcony. It was spacious for our family of four. The check-in process was a bit different, every thing was done on my smart phone. We checked in around midnight, we didn’t see any staff. We thought it was because it was after hours. But we never saw any staff during our time there. At first it seemed a little odd. I learned to like it. It felt like coming home at the end of the day. It was up to us to keep the unit tidy. I reserved the room with breakfast. The breakfast was served in another hotel restaurant which was within walking distance. Breakfast was served in buffet style. There was a good selection of food. I really enjoyed it. On our last night there, I decided to do laundry, then I discovered the washing machine/ drying combo took four hours to complete. So plan ahead. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. It had two burners, a fridge, a microwave and a kettle. There were some pots and pans, utensils and bowls and plates. There are grocery stores nearby, you could either buy food to cook , or get prepared food. Overall, my family really enjoyed this place. Check-out was a breeze. You guessed it, it was done on my phone. We’ll definitely come back again.
