「Rooms were clean. There wasn't ever enough breakfast every morning. Even if you woke up early. 」

「Terrible experience at this property. First of all, the shower curtain was not long enough and only came to the each of the tub. Water would go everywhere when showering. Also saw several roaches in room and also brought one home in the suitcase! Staff was great but the property needed work. Also, the elevator don’t close when we were leaving and therefore none of the elevators worked, so we had to use the stairs to get all our stuff out. Poor experience overall. 」

「Room was ok for what we needed. Tim at front desk was a cool dude , very friendly. Good view of the lake ,very handy location and value priced. Just there for one night. 」

「We actually picked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool. When we got there early we could not check early on a late Monday morning and we were NOT informed that the pool was empty and not available to use via the website nor when we checked in. Our entire party was very disappointed. Also the A/C unit was unusually loud and the room was very humid the entire time. 」

「I was booked for 3 nights, only stayed for 1. On second day was told to park my vehicle (pickup and enclosed trailer) off the property to make room for more potential customers at the side resteraunt. It was suggested to either park in the street/back alley or an open parking lot in what looked like an unoccupied business. There were still around 50% of the parking spots were open at the time. We left at that time, being we were denied parking access. No way going to park vehicle in potential...

「Wasn’t told about additional $25 fee for dog. Was advertised as pet friendly. Man at check in desk was very curt & had no customer skills. Acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. The window sheers were in shreds. A/C sounded like it was going to blow up. Breakfast was very poor. Greasy sausage, tasteless powdered eggs! Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this place again.」

「Room was mostly clean, there rose petals from previous travelers still under bed. Sink got clogged and water was stagnant, we let the staff know but no one came to fix it, we just used the bathtub instead. The young lady in bar/restaurant area was very frie and helpful, she seems the only one there, no one working at desk in weekend. A bit disappointed bar and restaurant closed early like 8PM and 8:30PM, No microwave in room but young lady was nice and warmed up my food (I am on a strict diet...
