“Spacious suite. Furnishings and art quite plain. Very clean room. Windows super dirty-window washers were on site the week we were there but only saw them do 1st floor public windows. Great breakfast. Great gym. Public parking available in nearby garages for $8 a day. No one lives downtown, so it’s pretty empty at night and difficult to find places to eat late and on Sundays. Lobby is not inviting as all seating is short and small-it’s like a dorm room.”

“The tub and sink drains are not properly cleaned. When we showered and washed our hands the water would rise.”

“The door lock was broken, I could not lock it from the outside. I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry". I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but……

“Hotel itself was clean. The pool had broken stairs on the ladder. Informed the front desk and the next morning it was closed so couldn’t use it again on our stay. Paid for breakfast ahead on our stay. Breakfast was decent tasting. Waited for toast to come until after our meal was cold and almost done and the toast was dry and cold with 1 slice which seamed odd.”

“Back in its day, it was probably still a scary motel. Room smelled of smoke Room had not been updated in years. Not a great area. ”

“Not good. There was someone’s hair in our bed, floor and bathroom were not cleaned, 1/2 empty hotel soaps in the shower. A lot of long term residents throughout the building. Front desk guy was nice and helped where he could, but would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“The walls in the rooms are thin. I could hear the TV in the next room. One guest was talking on his cell and I heard every word that he said.”
