Charming and Cozy 3-bedroom house

This charming house in Toledo features three inviting bedrooms, which include two queen beds, one full bed, and an extra air mattress to accommodate larger families. The home has a washing machine, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and more for your comfort. It has one full bathroom located upstairs and a half bathroom on the main level. The bright and airy interior has been recently updated and furnished comfortably, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location is ideal for anyone exploring the city, the University of Toledo, or Promedica Hospital. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

Great place!

Place is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to see all the Toledo attractions. LOVED having access to a garage . Host was very responsive when we had questions. We truly enjoyed our stay!

THIS owner does it right!

Nice place, descent neighborhood (appears safe, be smart). There's a little street noise, not bad. Owners are responsive. I've had a few bad experiences with VRBO but this place does it right. I won't VRBO/AIRB&B AGAIN

Perfect location for a UT visit

My family and I stayed here when coming for my son’s UT graduation. Aged ranged from 10-83. It’s a perfect location for anyone visiting a student at UT. The owner has excellent communication and goes above and beyond making sure your needs are met. He even set up a Christmas tree the night before we came knowing we’d be there as a family.As well, he has a crate, dog bed, and dog bowls there if you decide to bring a pet and need them. I have nothing negative about this charming vintage home. It met all our needs. It should be noted that it’s a corner home and one of the roads is busy so if road noise bothers you, consider that. We slept fine.

Cute older home, great host!

The property is located in a good neighborhood very close to many attractions. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Owen’s Nursing school and the property was literally less than 10 minutes away. Host provided snacks which was a nice touch. Would stay there again.
