Will stay here again!
Overall I had a pleasant stay. The Manager who always seemed to be there was Sam. He was professional, polite, patient, and exercised excellent customer service skills. They had a pretty good breakfast layout every morning as well. There is an open air mall on property, with various choices of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.

A Quiet Getaway
Overall, we were very pleased with the room, and pleasantly surprised that you were once again serving a breakfast buffet.
Two small things to improve: your microwave door doesn't open fully since it's right next to the fridge, and the address and phone # wasn't listed so that we could look it up on Google map. We finally figured out that it was Staybridge and located in Fallen Timbers.!?
