「Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. 「The property was wonderful. It felt traditional, yet modern. Mark and Lerryn were fantastic hosts. They were always on hand should we need any help or support. The pool and patio area were sublime. We spent many a day relaxing and cooking in these areas. The only negative that we experienced was how uncomfortable we found the beds. Im a side sleeper, so find very hard beds no good for my hips or shoulders. My partner also found the beds to be too hard. We had to sleep downstairs on the sofabed,...
