Charming apartment in front of the beach

Charming, very comfortable beachfront apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has access to two shared pools.

The layout
This apartment is a duplex accessible by lift. On the ground floor is the living area, kitchen, dining room, one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a terrace with a hot tub and outdoor furniture.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a shared terrace with a spectacular view.

Guest Access
The complex has two large swimming pools and a small one for children. These facilities are shared with guests from other units.

Other things to keep in mind
I have someone I trust who handles the cleaning of the apartment and takes care of guests during breakfast and lunch; this service costs $ 25 per day, and you can book directly with her.

The house is suitable for families with children or adults over 26 years of age.
