"We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other places we found in Tokyo — perfect for our family of three. The beds were very comfortable, and the cleaning schedule (every 3rd or 4th day) worked well for us. The bathroom shower had a bit of a distinct smell, but it didn’t bother us much. There is a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The location is fantastic — within walking distance to Ueno Station, Ameyoko shopping street, Senso-ji Temple, and Ueno Park. There are plenty of great food options nearby, plus a 7/11 just 30 seconds away. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. It’s about a 40-minute train ride to Shibuya and other areas, but we didn’t mind. Overall, we’d 100% stay here again!"

"The hotel is located at strategic point in the Hibiya Line which connects to Ueno. Very easy to get from the airport. The price was outstanding, rooms were perfect. I recommend and definitely will be my hotel of choice every time I go to Tokyo. "

"Staff was friendly, room was comfortable, and I loved the heated toilet seat! A few miniute walk to Sunshine City and Ikebukuro station which made transportation, shopping, and eating very convenient. Also, happy the hotel had onsite laundry. I highly recommend."
