"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"Francesco was awesome! He was very helpful with giving a list of things to do in Pisa. He included some small things for breakfast along with fresh bread which was awesome and very helpful. Check-in process was quick and efficient, where he was there to walk through the property and answer any questions I had. 11/10 would recommend you to stay here when in Pisa as the location was perfect. "Great spot in Lucca, very easy to walk to everything. We had some of the best food of our trip in Lucca! The owner was very helpful in getting us a taxi to the property after we had dropped off our rental car. The only small negative is it can be quite noisy at night due to the bar next door, but I guess that is the trade off for staying in the centre of town. We would stay here again! "

Some housekeeping issues that need to be address in bathrooms...ie leaking shower doors, mold in grout and sink. Would like instructions on how to use stove made available. In US we use gas stoves! Overall I would go back again. "
