When you can walk into a hotel and there is no one around because they are short staffed and across the street at the sister hotel you know you are in the right town. We love this place right down to the smallest details. Highly recommend visitors to stay here. Great experience and beautiful building. We will be back. - little family from BC Canada!

The only thing needing improvement was the size of the bathroom. But that could not be helped, because the building was built in 1906. Wish we had not been on a schedule and could have stayed there longer and wlearned about this historic silver mining town.

Great, really cute new hotel in an old bank bldg. Loved the feel and look and little Native American art area. Liked the little cafe for a breakfast snack.The room was pretty and the bed was very comfortable. Only thing was couldn't change thethermostat in the room and so it was too hot to sleep well. Would have been great to have a fan, but at night no one works at front desk. Still if I'm in Tonopah again would stay again!

This property is AMAZING in terms of the history and beauty of the hotel. The bed is nice and the room clean with lovely, traditional aspects like the tile in the bathrooms. Great water pressure in the shower too. However, it appears corners are being cut in odd ways. I tried to call the hotel when making reservations a few different times without any answer, then realized why once we arrived. The receptionist area closes at 6pm, then the receptionist from the Mizpah across the street has to run back & forth to care for both properties. We had an issue with our keys, and upon returning at 5:55pm, the receptionist had already left and luckily we called the Mizpah, and that receptionist ran over to help us and other guests. I feel terribly for that staff member, especially knowing that both hotels were fully booked. Also, we've stayed at the Belvada at least 3 different times, and every time there's been an issue with the cafe, so we've never been able to get a proper café or tea. This time a "pipe was broken as well as the espresso machine." So final thought: charming but some of the details are lacking.

I gave a 3 for amenities because the bar was closed during our stay. We arrived late afternoon and we had to go across the street to the Mizpah to check in. We ended up having a drink at the Mizpah bar before they closed at 8pm.

Beautifully remodeled 1906 bank turned into a hotel. Quiet and very clean room with all the amenities and lovely furnishings. The bed was a bit hard for my comfort level, but I would stay there again.

Beautiful and clean hotel! They have a piano in the check-in area that my oldest son loved playing (he loves playing piano). The staff was friendly and our room was a corner room where we could see the Main Street in and out of Tonopah and the sunset. Definitely booking again!

Interesting place. It was practically empty. I saw two other people the entire time I was there. Upon arrival there was no one there to check in. Had to call the property across the street in order to be told I needed to pick up the key there. Would have been helpful to know this before I unloaded my suitcase and carried it into the lobby. Other than that I would stay there again. And likely will in May.

Refurbished old building. I think it was not originally a hotel. Associated with the Mizpah Hotel across the street. Nice enough, but no front desk; you check in over at the Mizpah. The night we were there happened to be cold and windy so going back and forth was not fun. The room was pleasant . There were no kleenex, that I could find. Ate dinner at the Jack Dempsey room at the Mizpah. It was good.

We arrived to check in around 7 PM the front door was locked so we went around to side door. No one was present in the lobby, it said to call a number to check in but phone had no service and no Wi-Fi available so we literally had to use the phone behind the counter to be told we have to walk across the street to a neighboring hotel to check in. The guy behind the counter was not too friendly and seemed to complain about calls and checking in. We finally arrived to our room to find dirty wine cup on the table, the shower had hair in it and there weren’t enough towels so we had to wait til the morning to get an extra towel. Did not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise all night. The coffee machine didn’t even work properly. Very disappointed.
