“Work space very minimal. Staff is very apologetic. Rooms were not so clean. Bedding needs improvements. Bathroom sink and tub were scummy and cleaning the room daily fail cleanliness... refrigerator and microwave need to be cleaned and sanitizing... maintenance is very much needed for improvements. Parking lot needs to be well maintained. The whole place has to have a whole makeover. ”

“This Motel is one of my wife's and I's favorite when we visit the Phoenix area. The staff is beyond friendly. They are prompt. The owner has even added the personal touch. We've stayed here quite a few time. On one occasion it was getting late on our check in day. Something out of the ordinary for us, she literally called our cell phone to make sure we were all right. Nobody does that anymore. We feel part of the family!!!!!! Two thumbs up!!! Way up. ”

“The check out on Hotels.com showed noon but I didn't realize the check out on the door in our room said 11:00. Front desk came knocking at the door and asked if we were checking out. I advised him of what my online receipt showed as check out and he was nice and said it was fine and didn't try to charge for a late check out. Definitely would stay here again. It had everything we needed and more. Very spacious rooms.”

“The hotel was clean and quit at night so I had no trouble sleeping. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely would stay there again! The breakfast was also pretty good. ”

“My second time staying here this year and I really enjoyed the quaint and peaceful atmosphere on the edge of Payson! The staff has been amazing, professional and very helpful with anything we may need although we didn’t need anything! This last visit was unfortunate for property as things happen and water heater went out but hey things happen and despite that I had a comfortable warm bed to sleep in and warm coffee in the morning while I did my morning walk around their beautiful property! Not……
