"Wir waren im April 22 für sehr schöne 5 Tage in diesem Haus. Das Kokoro bietet die fast einmalige Gelegenheit, in einem traditionellen alten japanischen Haus zu leben. Im Obergeschoss sind Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Ankleide, Balkon und Toilette. Im Ergeschoss wird gefrühstückt und befindet sich das Badezimmer mit grosser Holzbadewanne. "It is a little far away from JR Matsuyama station, but it is reasonably near by of major tourists’ destinations such as Matsuyama castle and Dogo hot spring spa. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Didn't use the parking, and unfortunately the pool was under renovation while we were there (too bad, it looked awesome), but really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were excellent (super helpful, pleasant, and professional), rooms were clean and comfortable, Japanese restaurant was great, and central location was very convenient. "

"Great location right by the Okaido shopping street. The hotel itself is a small, clean business hotel, and the price was really reasonable — perfect for a quick stay while traveling. The room is small, but the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and well taken care of. Overall, a solid budget-friendly option if you just need a simple and convenient place to stay."

"This hotel is best described as "tired". It has seen better days. In my room the carpet was dirty, the bathroom smelled strongly of mold, and the water gurgled slowly out of the sink. The sheet on my bed was torn in two places, and I wondered if it would last the scheduled three days without disintegrating. When my daughter went into the bathroom, she was greeted by a large insect on the floor. Personally, I would not stay there again."

"Breakfast was very good at the Sushimaru restaurant downstairs. We also ate dinner there too. We chose Chef’s Omakase. It was very reasonable in price, and the food was very enjoyable with seasonal ingredients. Staff was courteous. Room was very clean and quiet. Over all our experience at this hotel was 10 out of 10. It’s one minute walk from Dogo Onsen Honkan. We highly recommend. "
