「Stayed in Topsail for the first time. The location of the house was a very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed being so close! Checking was simple with lots of communication prior to the stay. The house is clean and comfortable. A nice eat-in kitchen and bar for dinners that was open to the living room We enjoyed having the beach gear and corn hole game. Checkout was also very easy. Topsail is very nice and offers a relaxing getaway. 」

「We enjoyed our weekend stay. There were a couple of hiccups, but the owner was responsive to us regarding a plumbing concern. It was the perfect location for beach access and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The porch swing was a great place to relax too. Just what we needed for the four of us for the weekend.」

「We enjoyed this house and the location. It was reasonably spacious, very clean and not overburdened with beach-themed tchotchkes. One particular episode to note: the kitchen sink faucet broke during our stay and the Carolina Retreats personnel were very helpful finding a plumber on short notice to replace it. Everyone was gracious and efficient and we want to note our appreciation. 」

The small town of Topsail Beach was within walking distance and the teenagers enjoyed going to the arcade and ice cream shop on their own. 」

「It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds...
