“It would have been helpful to know that access required a full flight of outdoor steps(15). My son has some challenges and I am 78. I was doable, but I would not have chosen the location had I known the limitations in access, and sharing the yard with a lovely dog we were asked not to interact with was OK, but we felt unhappy for the dog. All of the appliances worked as expected.”

“You know how they say “ with a cherry on top” well this is what there talking about. It was an amazing stay at the Little Palm. Everything was close by. Great neighborhood. The company tells us we can’t check in one minute early because they are cleaning, but the truth is the place wasn’t clean. Used coffee filter/grounds in coffee pot. Gross. Microwave melted cheese food on carousel and splattered. Oven door food dripped and baked on. Which tells me that nothing has been cleaned. !! Doritos in carpet and bottle……
