“I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,……

“Host was very welcoming even made sure we had arrived safely, the lodge was very comfortable and well equipped and perfectly positioned for what we wanted and where we wanted to be, even though next to a busy pub we wasn't disturbed and if we didnt want to drive plenty of buses or walking distance to lots of different beautiful sites, definitely would stay there again ”
