I arrived on the property, reception area was dark and dingy, no elevator so i was shown the ground floor room for a senior. Great location connected to major mall SM Lanang, near to everything including a Catholic church. Service was very prompt, friendly and great. Coffee shop served good eats at reasonable prices. Unit faced the outside the property to local residential side, roosters crowing, dogs barking throughout the day and night. Overall property is very nice with rooftop views and nice atrium at entrance, with seating to relax.
