Don't let the messy reception area fool you. This is a great place to stay in Kyoto! Fantastic proprietor, large clean room and comfortable beds. It's a great choice for a budget hotel and gives you everything you need for your stay.

this hotel rated four stars but I do not believe this is the correct rating facility is old. we had two room on 27th floor. One of them is 2724. The bathroom smell bad like sewage. ☹️
