As a four stars hotel, customer service need to be improved. Front desk employee had no smile and just wanted to charge money from your card. And we requested room slippers from him, he told me that they would send them to our room. However, no one showed up, and i tried to call the room service or front desk for half an hour, the all lines were busy all the time. Comparing to Countryard Marriott, their customer service were much better than here. They let you feel like that you are always welcoming back to their stay.
