We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

As this is in a condo, there will be times that condo management will require access to your unit with their master key. We will do our best to inform you of such access but should there be an emergency, condo management may need to access without prior notice. You will need to comply with this entry please.

Please also note that condo management puts caps on heating and air conditioning. You can adjust it within their defined ranges. Condo management also controls when heating and air conditioning is made available during the year and is beyond the host`s control.

By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property or the premises. Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, and a $300 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is detected.
