The location was great with grocery, restaurants and activities all nearby. Instructions on arrival were clear and the addition of pictures and video made it easy to find our place. Any communication back and forth was understood and some specific details on both sides could have easily made communication 5/5 and would have probably made the property 5/5 as well. (# of keys provided, and what to do with groceries left behind are 2 examples) I have bookmarked the property and would gladly return on my next trip, if it was available. Sean 55

Logement propre et très bien situé avec accès facile au transport permettant de se rendre a Union assez rapidement. Installations du condo très bien. Communication avec l'entreprise propriétaire a anticiper pour éviter toute vérification de dernière minute mais si vous faites cela, cela se passe bien. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Everything was good except for the communication… it was really hard to reach the host. The check-in process was frustrating and lacked enough information. It was a self check-in, but I didn’t know that I had to pay a deposit in advance and provide proof of ID before checking in. I contacted the host, and my family had to wait over 30 minutes for a response.

Was surprisingly quiet. Was very comfortable. Extra amenities like coffee filters, tea, coffee…even toothpaste, which we forgot. Felt safe in that area. Some of the fixtures need a little TLC, but did not take away from our stay there. Would have liked to been able to adjust the a/c to temps that we found comfortable, but again, did not take away from our time there.

The room itself is good. I got TOOOO many messages from them to check in. They should make the process easier than constant emails and different agents. It is a fair price for what it is.

The property was clean and safe. Location was great, easy access to Roger’s Centre and the harbour. Public transportation is right outside the building. Comfortable beds. Lots of towels, all in good condition. I travelled with my family for leisure and would stay here again.

The information requested leading up to the stay was a bit worrisome (requesting pic of photo id and payment for damage deposit- although it is refundable), however check in instructions were clear, the property was clean and comfortable. We had no problem getting late check out. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there for 5 nights this August during their hot spells between 30-35 each day.. the air conditioner did not work and it was between 80-83 every day that we were there in the apartment. Global communicated through email, the first 2 days they responded, then they did nothing to solve the problem and didn’t answer my requests after that to fix it. The apartment was nice, but no pans for the oven, not sufficient utensils like simple spatula. The in suite washer and dryer was a bonus. We walked everywhere! The ball field was 15 minutes away, grocery store about 7. Felt like it was a safe area to be and the building was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool! We would stay again, but better communication is needed and having no air conditioning was ridiculous.

We didnt have air conditioning working and did not advise us. We called the number and they said they knew and it was throughout the entire builing and could do anything And dont know when it will be fixed Im really upset that they didnt advise us of the issue

We checked into the property at 4:00 pm and when entering the apartment it was extremely muggy, hot and smelled of stale cigarettes. The walls, light switches and door knobs were absolutely filthy. It was obvious that the air conditioning was not working the thermostat read 80 degrees and the outside temperature was 31 with humidity making 37 degrees. It was unbearable in there. My husband suffers from severe sleep apnea and would not be able to spend any significant amount of time in there let alone sleep. I contacted the property right away through email and by phone. I was informed that the air conditioning was broken and that they were made aware of this from other guests. When asked when this would be fixed they said they did not know as it wasn’t part of the service they provided. I told them that we would not be staying for the reserved 3 days because of the issue with the air conditioning. I also was in contact with them over the course of 3 days prior to arrival as they required a damage deposit and extra fees for my children in order to be given the check in instructions. At no time did they mention anything about the air conditioning not working or provide alternate measures like fans/portable air conditioners in the apartment to alleviate this. I requested some form of compensation because they did not provide the amenities listed on the booking. They flat out refused to reimburse me anything for this booking that we could not use.

The arrival was so complicated, it felt like a treasure hunt. We wasted an hour getting in, fetching the keys, getting what we needed for parking, and finding the parking space. We also asked the person at the front desk for help because we needed assistance with a small detail, and they were the rudest person I've ever met. Anyway, up to that point, it was okay and still tolerable. But when we got to the room, it was SO hot, it was unbearable. We adjusted the “air conditioning,” but there clearly wasn't any, because when we returned at the end of the evening, the heat was appalling. And what can I say about the discomfort of the bed and the sofa bed? I did not enjoy my stay at all, and I will certainly never return. I do not recommend it at all. The only positive point was that it was relatively well located, although the neighborhood was average.

It took over 2 hrs to try and check in, making us miss dinner reservations and late for another event. I understand hiccups happen. However, horrible customer service, property refused to call in person to help resolve the issue. No onsite representative to assist. I will never book with them again. Nor recommend to anyone.
