I had a really disappointing experience with this hotel. First off, they don’t even have a real person to help you—everything is done through a virtual chat agent, which is incredibly frustrating. What should’ve been a simple check-in turned into a stressful maze of emails, calls, and waiting around for replies.
To make things worse, they don’t take regular payments. You’re expected to pay through PayPal or some other third-party platform, which feels sketchy and unprofessional for a hotel. It’s like you’re solving a puzzle just to stay the night.
Their booking system is overly complicated, and it took way too much time and mental energy just to confirm a reservation. Overall, the whole process left me stressed and annoyed before I even arrived. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
