Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Dan, May and Val. The room was comfortable and well equipped with mini fridge and microwave. The hotel was in great condition, clean and new, the bathroom was great and beds comfortable. My mom loved the shower head. Breakfast was good with hot options. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay, nice big room and bed. Negatives: no safe box in room. Parking is not free for guests, $45 per day is quite steep. Otherwise, all good.

My only complaint-there was very loud construction in the area of our stay which started at 6am. Being on vacation, it was not nice waking up that early. It would have been nice to have had a heads up before/when booking the room to make an informed decision on accepting this booking.

Really wonderful property! The rooms were really spacious and well designed and the common spaces were beautiful. The breakfast was great and well maintained - the selection was great! The front desk staff - especially Dan! - was very friendly and very helpful. And to top it all off it was very affordable! I would highly recommend this property!!

I loved the location of this hotel. I was able to walk easily to banks, grocery stores,restaurants, postal outlets and liquor store. This property has been renovated and is very sleek and modern on the inside, and is kept very clean. The room was big and very comfortable with most amenities. I say "most" because they do not provide drinking glasses. Drinking juice, water or wine out of paper coffee cups is not something I enjoy. A typical environmental nightmare free hotel breakfast is included. The amount of paper used for plates, cups and cutlery must be staggering. And you know it's not being recycled given people, including the staff just throw it in the trash. The staff were lovely and helpful. I had a grest stay.

We arrived early and requested early check in. The room was next to elevator and maid closet. Room 4 feet from active construction site. BEEP BEEP CLANG BOOM from maid and construction. Requested another room but googer eyed man at front desk was an idiot. The asian lady was quite pleasant but goober eyed moron should be fired. Stay elsewhere for the price.

Dear Melissa, thank you for your recent comments regarding your stay. Please note that our General Manager and I inspected your room and noted that the heat works fine however the temperature needs to be accessed via the thermostat and not the unit directly. The door frame does have a small hairline crack however this is like from the building settling over the years. We are having the matter rectified. Thank you for letting us know and please note that the front desk and housekeeping are always on site to assist with you with anything.

Inside hotel was clean and bright. Seemed short staff but staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very large and updated. Our view was a construction site that allowed no light into the room. Breakfast was amazing, and the dining room was very comfortable. Parking left me feeling unsafe as it is not restricted to hotel patrons only.

Good afternoon Renee, our parking is not included either through our website nor through Expedia. As is common in any downtown hotel in Toronto, New York, Boston or any large Metroplitan in north America, a security deposit is required which is released at the time of check out.

Handicap accessibility is very poor
Handicap access is very bad stairs at entrance and width of elevator doors very bad.Staff were lovely but physical conditions very poor for wheelchair.
