Worst 4-Star Hotel Service
1. Always missing supplements like teabags, body wash, sugar, towel etc 2. Wifi is very unstable, always need to re-login 3. Stay here 10 days, 2 days forgot to housekeep our room, even after calling front desk to do so

USB charging outlet and power outlet were not working even if the room was renovated lately. Tbey could not repair nor did not want to change the room. This minor problem is bigger deal than you would think now days.

The staff of this hotel are great and progressional! Kristine at the front desk was so helpful and so kind. It was our first time in Toronto and she was such a delight to speak to. Also Daniel who was our bartender for the last night was absolutely wonderful. He crafted us some specials off the menu drinks after asking us a few questions regarding our preferences and the drinks were amazing.

Pool and change rooms were filthy. Room service menu was very limited and overpriced. Concierge was completely unavailable. Great location but I’ll be staying elsewhere next time.

Staff were phenomenal and the location is perfect to explore Toronto. The rooms are beginning to show wear and tear, but overall this was a great stay. I will book again.

The hotel is in a good location making it easy to walk about and getting to sight seeing locations. The lobby area is new looking clean & fresh. Unfortunately that is about all the positives overall I would not recommend to anyone I know to start there. Room is tired and not very well maintained. Wallpaper has marks on. Carpets are not very clean. I believed the carpets are hoovered daily but room service, but they need a deep clean as they are still not clean afterwards paint work on the doors are flaky. Plug socket hanging out of Fremont and previously glued back into place. Screws not fitted fully. The corridors are not hoovered. The lifts are dirty on the windows, the frames and again the carpets. Someone had put sugar cubes on the window seal of the left for all to see. They were there for 5 days until I mentioned it. Along our corridor one morning was someone’s room service breakfast tray. We notified it at 9am when we went out. We came back at 16:30 and it was still there. Breakfast was poor. As a gold member you was entitled to continental breakfast ONLY they made this clear by following you into the very small breakfast room area and in front of other guests repeating. ‘You are not allowed hot food’. The first morning when we found this out on arrival we thought we would see what the cooked breakfast was like before deciding on paying the extra. In our opinion it wasn’t worth it even though it wasn’t that much extra. So we opted to go out.
