We booked a room for 2adults and 2 kids: king bed and sofa. When preparing to sleep we unfolded the couch and it appears it’s for 1 person! They charge 4ppl and give them a room for 3. We had a long wait and even one night in separate rooms until they managed to provide our family with one room for all 4 of us. While they separated us in 2 different rooms, they called it “complimentary” and that sounds ridiculous to barely solve their issue calling it a compliment.

The room was perfect for our needs, we got 2 king suites for 2 nights for 3 adults and 3 children. We were able to cook a meal on our 1st night there the hotel supplied all pots, dishes and utensils. I question how well housekeeping does their job though. 1 room still had food leftover from previous guests in the cupboard. The 2nd room had a full garbage can of garbage left from previous guest and when I went to take a shower the water wouldn’t drain because the drain was full of hair leftover from previous guest! The air conditioning units located in the room are extremely noisy and kept us awake most of the night.

La chambre était propre, petit déjeuner pas trop varié. Par contre on a du attendre une heure et demi pour le Check in car la chambre n’était pas prête On nous a donné une chambre communicante avec un autre client ce qui fait beaucoup de bruit

When I got off my plane, I went to the designated shuttle pick up area . I called the hotel for my ride but couldn’t get through after a few calls. I waited at the shuttle pick up area for over 30 min & called again. This time i got through. They don’t have a shuttle that goes to the airport every 30 min . She gave me a phone # to call a taxi comp they use for their shuttle. He wanted to pick me up in the non designated area. Pearson employee helped me while I phone with taxi company, & she informed taxi service that is not the pick up area. They also wanted me to call them back once I was at that level. Pearson employee wouldn’t have it and told them to come now. Flight attendant were striking on that level they requested to pick me up. Their service needs improvement -follow airport policy for shuttle pick up area. I get to the hotel. No customers at desk. Just me. A member helped me, told me my room wasn’t ready & he’d call me when it does. I wait in front of reception for almost an hour. So I asked if my room was ready &member said it was but saw me on phone (45 min earlier) &didn’t want to disturb me. . I booked a shuttle pick up time for next morning I was in the lobby an hour early to check out & advised her I’m waiting for my shuttle . Well taxi driver goes to reception asking for me. I was sitting in the lobby - the staff don’t call my name saying my shuttle was there. Taxi was 10 min early - staff told driver I had left. The Driver told me this.

We stayed here for 1 night in the accessible room with 2 queen beds because we were switched from a king bed and sofa bed room because they told me it was a “single” sofa bed while the description deacribed it as a double sofa bed which would comfortable fit an adult and a child as we had 3 adults and 1 child. The beds were cheap and it felt like you were sinking into the ground when you sat on the bed. Considering the room was supposed to be wheel chair accessible, it seemed extremely unsafe to be considered so when the beds were just on frames that moved and you sunk so low when in the bed. Our Expedia description said that breakfast was included but when we got down to the breakfast area, they told us that breakfast was not included in our reservation? Kind of disappointed as the photos and description sounded like it would be a nice and comfortable stay.

The property itself was very nice and well-maintained… It appears that they may be understaffed as we requested an early check in which we knew maybe impossible, but on Arrival were told that it was indeed not possible so after leaving for a number of hours and coming back around 7 PM we were told that our room still was not ready and by the time everything was sorted out, we did not make it in our room until 8 PM
