Girls Weekend Downtown
The whole weekend went very well. The property was very clean and safe for a group of women. The property manager answered questions quickly and courteously. We all enjoyed our weekend very much!

The property was in a great location to access Rogers Center and the Aquarium. The unit was clean and the pictures accurately reflect the property. The property amenities are misleading as guests aren't permitted to use the pool or fitness center. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to using the pool and booked this property because it had one.

I will only give an honest review in spite of the fact that I was asked on more than one occasion to not share my grievances via review. I used these reviews to help choose a rental and would never want to misguide someone else trying to do the same. Here are the pros and cons of our stay: Pros- LOCATION, we could walk to everything we needed to -the view, as pictured in the listing Cons- communication, prior to booking I inquired as to parking for an additional vehicle and was told there would be guest parking within the building (no cost was mentioned), upon arrival we discovered this was untrue there is in fact none in the building and were instead directed to a neighboring lot which cost $40/day adding an unexpected $85 to our stay. We were offered a $40 refund. -Check in, it’s like a scavenger hunt you get a text the night before with a code, have to find a nearby market and key box within it, enter said code, move your car again to then get into the garage and condo unit and then do it all over again at check out. In all the rentals VRBO and other brands I have never experienced such a disorganized stressful checkin. -care of the unit, none of the lights were working upon checkin, we called the number listed and no answer so we had to find the breaker to reset it. It was moderately clean. It needs care. A blind is totally missing in the living room, the “sleeper sofa” is a disgrace totally busted and shouldn’t be slept on, lights still don’t work in one bedroom.

I’m glad you enjoyed our 2 bedrooms and 2 full washrooms unit and the prime location which provided you walking convenience to attraction sites and Union Station. Our Hotel is one of the few places that offers parking (very rare in downtown Toronto) and the parking is offered for free for all reservations as advertised. You asked for a 2nd parking space and we gave you paid options pre-booking , out of sheer goodwill from us, we gave you the $40 parking fees you paid for your second vehicle. We would think you appreciated this kind gesture. We continuously make repairs wherever needed in the unit and we provided detailed and convenient checkin details with our customer service rep on standby until you check in. Thanks for your feedback and we wish you all the best.

Toronto Getaway
This property was perfect for our family getaway in Toronto. It was 5-10 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. A 3 minute walk to the Scotiabank arena for the Raptors game; 10 minute walk to the Hockey Hall of fame; and steps from union station, CN Tower, etc. The building was busy but the condo was quiet. We didn't hear anyone. The 2 bedrooms plus pull out couch gave everyone the space they needed. Check in was easy and the share key system was easy and located close to the condo. The views are spectacular. I had a question about check in and I called the contact. She was fantastic. She talked me through my questions and was extremely nice.I would recommend this property to a family and we will book it again when we go back. Great place!

said there are 2 bathrooms, there was 1. only ONE key and FOB for access, owner did not respond quickly to enquiries. Mold around shower area. One bedroom is tiny with a small bed. Otherwise great.

Great location
This condo was in a great location for going out in downtown toronto! plenty of places in walking distance. The only complaint that was nothing to do with the property manager, but with the building were the elevators. Sometimes would be a 10-15 minute wait to get in one to go up to the 42nd floor.

Had an amazing time! The property was clean easy to find and was a great location to everything! One of the bed sheets had a smokey scent to it. Would come back again!

This was a convenient, clean and quit place right downtown. The view of the lake and of the city was great. Walking distance to the train station, which was convenient to take to the airport. The spa (hut tub, pool and sauna) were not accessible to short term rentals though.

Central location!
Great night-time city view from balcony. Very busy building but very safe and quiet. Ripley’s aquarium across the street and the sky dome next to it. Lots of restaurants and shopping within short walking distance

Great Location - Literally across the street from Scotiabank Arena
Property was clean with everything you need including all the basic amenities. Longos grocery store is across the street if you need groceries, beer, wine, etc. And, most importantly for sports fans, Scotiabank Arena and the Rogers Centre are very close. Host was easy to communicate with.

Amazing View and Location
We had a very bumpy checkin as the property wasn't ready on for 3 hours after our arrival and then they couldn't get us the remote for garage until the afternoon the following day. They said that they would "make it right", but the best they offered was late checkout, which we didn't need. That said, everything else with this property was amazing. The view was spectacular. The location couldn't be better. It was clean and had two actual bedrooms. Other recommendation. --> Please get some pods for the Keurig.
