Location and size were exactly as described. Large apartment in preferred building.
Check in instructions were excellent.
NOT pleased with having to leave Expedia to provide ID and further deposit to unknown third party website.
Apartment had a very strong fishy smell that the operator is definitely aware of as there is lysol spray, candles and deodorizers around the unit. We had to open all of the windows and purchase a lighter to light the candles to dispel the smell.

This is an absolutely excellent place to stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient with many special extra touches (toothbrushes, toiletries you may have forgotten). Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. I can't say enough.

This property is a remote managed place and does not have any personnel onsite (nor in the city from what I gather). This is my second time here because I really like the location as it is in mid-town. If you do not complete the paperwork 72 hr prior to your check in, you will face a tremendous ordeal, as I did. Because I was travelling, I was not on top of the procedure so I didn't realize that I had no check-in instructions. I was hopeful that there would be a reception on site between 10am- 6 pm (as described on Expedia). This is completely false and Expedia should correct that. Upon arrival, I spend about an hour between leaving messages and emailing Global stay to retrieve check in details. To make matters worse, the unit was not cleaned well. It is a hit and miss as the first time, the unit was nice and clean. My suggestion is that if you have other options, consider them.
