Unique, very bright and modern house. Cottage like ravine settings, 10-15 min walk to Toronto's Woodbine beach, Public Pool and the Boardwalk. Enjoy the trendy restaurants and shops on Queen Street East. Don't miss the Beaches Jazz Festival in July! Minutes to downtown Toronto. Close to subway, street car lines on Dundas, Gerrard, Queen.
-3 levels, 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 washrooms (office can be used as a 4th bedroom)
-Kitchen and Living/Dining room on the main floor, powder room/toilet
- Open office area, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor
-Master Bedroom retreat on third floor with own terrace/deck and ensuite (jet tub and shower). Porch and large deck at the back.
-Heated bathroom floors in Master ensuite and second floor bathroom
- Central vacuum, central A/C, forced air, humidifier
-Canopy of trees in the long backyard. Gazebo.
- Fireplace in living room
- Cable TV and Internet
CAD$500 security deposit required on arrival. The deposit will be returned if no damage to the property.

We had a great stay. Mini family reunion/90th birthday party. Place was perfect for our entire family. Great location, we had extended family over for dinner and great back patio where we could all gather. Great location. Place had plenty of room, great kitchen for cooking. Had everything we needed. Valia was a great host.

Location was great for us

This property was in a great location for our group. It was within walking distance to the beach, parks, restaurants, and convenience store. There was a nice little ice cream store called Brett’s within walking distance. It was a quiet neighborhood away from the busy downtown area but an easy drive or Uber to get into Toronto. We enjoyed sitting out in the backyard and walking around the neighborhood. Valia was easy to work with and got back to us promptly. One thing we struggled with were the beds. We found them a bit uncomfortable. The master bedroom on the top floor is a bit warm if that is a concern for someone. We still would recommend this property and area. We enjoyed the quietness after being in the busy city for the day.

Excellent location and lovely home!

My fiance and I stayed here with our 4 teenage kids and we loved it! The location is perfect for access to downtown (about 15 minutes), walking distance to many parks and the beach, and plenty of local places to eat. The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for all of us. Valia was very helpful with suggestions and responsive. HIghly recommended!

Beautiful home, great location!

We spent three wonderful nights in Valia's home, and it exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless and very well kept, and contained everything we needed, and was also very close to the beach on lake Ontario - great for our boys to burn off some of their energy. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Toronto!

Beautiful, Clean, Great Location

We had an amazing stay in this property. It was so well put together and comfortable and the cleanest place we have ever rented for a vacation. Valia met us on arrival and showed us some of the conveniences of the beautiful home which helped so much. She answered any and all questions during our stay promptly. The location to downtown Toronto was perfect. We were able to get there in minutes even with lots of traffic. I would highly recommend this home for your Toronto visit!

Valia’s place was perfect for our Family Reunion!

Enjoyed a great weekend in this beautifully decorated, super clean, comfortable yet elegant home in the Beaches area. It was a perfect central location for our large family to meet from various places in Ontario and be able to stay together and hold a family reunion/celebration for our mother’s 75th birthday !! We certainly loved the back yard and deck, and the quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to shops, restaurants on Queen Street. The hosts were very friendly and most helpful....prompt communication, smooth check in and check out. A true Five Star experience! 😁👍

Beautiful Home! Just one thing to keep in mind

The home is gorgeous. And literally at the PERFECT location. Valia is super sweet, and responds very quickly. Everything you pretty much need, is available in the home (besides food.) the only thing I would say is do not expect 100% privacy. The owners mother will randomly show up in the backyard and start planting (even when we were hanging out out there.) it was awkward. Pretty sure she reports what she sees. Also, guy came and just randomly started mowing the lawn while we were trying to enjoy our lunch in the backyard. We also felt like we were being watched a couple times. The moment we turned on the grill, immediately got a text about making sure we knew how to use it. It was a little weird, other than that everything was nice. We spent most of the time exploring the city, so it wasn’t really too bothersome. It was overall a great stay.

Family gathering

We had a lovely stay at Valias, over 5 days, while my son got married: three generations gathering from around the world. Enjoyed the location, the deck, the large kitchen/dining room. Valia quickly solved electrical problems due to a storm, and burned out lightbulbs. The address was confusing: it is actually 110A. The beds were a little squeaky and the sheets could be a bit higher quality, but we all enjoyed ourselves.

Relaxing Stay

We stayed here the last 2 nights of a week visit to Toronto. The house was stocked with everything you need. It is in walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, and bars.It is also within a quick drive to downtown Toronto. In a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend this for nice relaxing trip. Valia was a very nice host. Would stay again.

Beautiful clean property

We stayed here for the last leg of our Canadian Road trip for 5 days and was very impressed with how clean and luxurious the property was. Valia met us and showed us around and made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The entire house has air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely big washing machine and tumble dryer meant we didn't go home with dirty washing. We made use of the gas bbq available and spent most evenings sitting out on the decking with lovely views of the enclosed garden. Location wise it was within 5-10 mins of a few places to eat otherwise you definately need a car to explore. Would recommend this beautiful accommodation for anyone looking for a base in Toronto.

Great location, nice house.

Overall, the house was great. But the shower in the master bedroom did not work barely at all, and the master bedroom was very warm, despite the continuous running of a loud air conditioning unit in the bedroom. To be fair to the host, Toronto was in the midst of an uncharacteristic heat wave while we were there.

Had a great week at this property. Very nice quality and good location in Beaches area. Lots of nice bars, coffee shops close by and lovely walks along the beach/boardwalk next to lake. Valia, the owner made us feel very welcome.

We stayed for a weekend at this house. Wonderful house with great amenities in a really nice area of Toronto. Within walking distance of the beach, and right in the middle of a really cool diverse neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Perfect for our family of 7

Valia's home is comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We loved the quiet neighbourhood for peaceful, windows-open sleeping. We spent a lot of time playing games at the massive kitchen table. My volleyball playing sons enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, a 10 minute walk, where over 100 courts are available. It should be noted that the owner lives in the basement of the home, so is very accessible. Wish the master had a king bed instead of queen, but that is my only criticism. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Valia.

Beautiful home close to everything

Home is beautiful! Comfortable. Nice to have washer and dryer. 20 min walk from beach and pool, easy to get to downtown area. Restaurants within walking distance. If bringing kids, bring games and movies for down time-there weren't any. Master suite was really warm despite air running most of the night.

Fantastic home from home accomodation!

Absolutely Wonderful! (June 2017 stay)

My family and I are from Niagara Falls and we visit Toronto quite frequently. Everytime we book through HomeAway and I can tell you this is the best place we have stayed at so far! We had in laws coming in from DC and planned on catching the yankees and blue jays game. The location and proximity to downtown was perfect. Close enough to downtown to get there easily, yet far enough from downtown to breathe and relax. The parking at the house was very nice to have. The house...absolutely amazing! It is a very new home, the decor and the furniture was splendid. We had ample room for our group of six adults to eat and spend time together comfortably. The kids enjoyed the space too. The master suite was fabulous and the back yard and deck was something that was very nice although we couldn't enjoy it much because of the rain. The landlord is a very sweet woman who gave us a tour when we arrived and explained all the features the house had and even made some suggestions to us. At check out she was very nice and personable. We definitely plan on staying at this house again. It is close to the beach and we want to take advantage of that when it is hotter this summer!
