Don Valley Village / North York is a quiet, established residential neighbourhood with a welcoming suburban feel and convenient city connections. You’ll find parks, nearby Don Valley ravine greenspace, and everyday shopping along Don Mills Road and Finch Avenue. Fairview Mall, medical services, and Seneca Polytechnic are also close by. It’s a calm place to stay while remaining well connected to downtown Toronto and the rest of the city by transit and major routes.
Getting around is easy by transit, car, rideshare, or taxi. Local shops, parks, and TTC bus stops are within a short walk. Bus routes along Don Mills Road and Finch Avenue connect to Don Mills Station on Line 4 and Finch Station on Line 1, with convenient access to Fairview Mall and other parts of Toronto.
Drivers have quick access to Highways 401 and 404 for trips across the city and region. Rideshares and taxis are readily available. GO Transit and UP Express connections can be reached with a short TTC transfer or drive.
