  • Stunning walkout basement, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy. Private ravine lot with lots of space to relax. Great location with quick access to Hwy 410 and 20 mins from Toronto Pearson Airport. 5 mins drive to Walmart, other major stores & restaurants. 10 mins walk to Heart lake conservation park, where guest can do Fishing, Treetop Trekking, hiking, pool area, picnic area, splash pad and zip line.

    The kitchen is fully equipped, with all of the appliances and amenities you'd find at home, including a coffee maker and the double-door fridge with plenty of room for your groceries. Price based on 2 adults and 2 kids.

Very good experience, nice quiet neigbourhood, central location, 30-40min drive from everything. Nice back yard, nice home, very nice owners. We will rent again !!
