I have reviewed our stay on trip advisor too.... had a great 5 days, apmt 15 was clean, welcoming, had all the basics to start your stay, great shower, lovely big towels. Fabulous view! No complaints and would recommend staying at Astor House👍🏼.

We stayed in Apartment 15, stunning views from the open plan kitchen/lounge, great area as everything is within walking distance, the only complaint we had was the cleanliness, for what we paid i would of expected it at a higher standard, quite dusty,kitchen cupboard doors dirty, smudges on lounge window and door leading to balcony and sweet wrappers left under double bed but apart from that can't fault the location. Milk in fridge upon arrival a nice touch.

We stayed with two adults and two kids in the apartment. We liked very much the fantastic view from the apartment over the Torquay bay. We also liked the modern furnishing of the apartment. The only weak point were the beds: the matresses and the bed slats were too soft and not in good condition. But luckily two beds have been replaced with new ones during our stay.

Apartment 15 is a clean, well-equipped apartment in a fantastic location. The covered balcony has stunning views. The bedrooms are a little quirky with the twin room accessed by the double bedroom down some steep stairs and no window to the outside. However, this was fine for me and my teenage children. Parking on the road was a bit hit & miss but there's a car park very nearby. Great private garden path down to the promenade. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a good location but it is a steep climb up the stairs or the road up the hill to get to the apartment from the sea front. The view across the bay is excellent. Almost everything for a self catering break or holiday is catered for within the apartment. The apartment is perfect for couples or a small family. The beach, restaurants, bars, harbour and town centre are all within walking distance.

Lovely apartment, the views were breathtaking. We really enjoyed having our own private spot on the balcony and had tea there almost every night! The balcony door's lock was lose and couldn't be used causing problems and the bathroom could have been cleaner (there was, what looked like, pubic hair up the side of the shower wall) The rest of the apartment was clean and comfy and would like to visit again. We miss it already!

I stayed on Flat no 15. This is a excellent location. I was informed everything step by step by the owner. When I entered in the flat my wife was shock because she couldn't believe how good the flat was. Excellent location sea view from your living room. Flat was very clean and all equipment was top quality. I have been other self catering holiday's before but this was the best one. You don't need to take anything with you will have more than everything for the kitchen. Caretaker Jacquie were excellent very helpful. Only problem I had with Wifi. But this wasn't part of the rent. There was a Wifi box outside my room but some reason I couldn't get signal. But I connected my Laptop through my Mobile free of charge. Very nice and clean and everything is top quality. You can book this property without any hesitation. I will definitely go back.

The appartment was fine, once we got used to the 'different' layout! The big plus factor was the outside terrace and the wonderful views. We also enjoyed the path down through the garden and the secret gate ! The bottle of fizz that was left was a really nice gesture.....thank you.
