"What can I say other than we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The property is stunning and adorned with olive trees, a walnut tree and gorgeous landscaping throughout the property. Views of a wineyard out back and Lucignano in the distance are beautiful. The Villa itself is very comfortable. We had two couples and ended up just using the ground floor only as we had no need to use the first-floor space. We may have had it had inside access, but the space was more than adequate for our two couples. Plus the outside covered sitting area was perfect for hanging out enjoying a meal or playing cribbage during down times. The pool? Wow! We ended up having a pool day one day and just hanging out at the Villa. The included washer and dryer is a big plus when trying to keep packing to a minimum. A truly wonderful property.The host was excellent with communications. She was responsive and stopped by a few times to check in to see if we needed anything. This was not obtrusive at all and very much appreciated as she gave some great tips. As she only spoke Italian and us English (other than the few greetings and thank you words we learned), we used Google Translate to communicate. It worked great. She made us taglietelle (home made pici pasta noodles) with a ragu meat sauce which was absolutely delicious! Thank you again, Rossella. You are an wonderful host!Thanks for a great visit. Ciao!"

"Wow what a beautiful experience! We were a group of 20 adults and 5 young children staying here for a week. We were reuniting with family and friends to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Nico from Lost in Tuscany was an exceptional host who helped me organise activities for our guests as well as a wonderful dinner with a private chef. I cannot thank Nico enough for helping to create an experience that we will never forget and will be talking about for years to come. Such special memories in an exceptionally special place. The villa itself was more than I could have asked for (it’s even better than the photos!). Each room was spacious with its on bathroom and most with kitchenettes. There were 2 larger kitchens where we could all get together and also plenty of outdoor spaces to congregate, including 2 barbecues. The town of Lucignano was magical and such a dream to have it so close by (about a 5 min walk to enter the town). All our guests absolutely loved our stay and we are already talking about when we will return! Thank you so much Nico for creating such a magnificent experience for us all."

"This property was impeccably kept. Truly and old world villa with more space indoors and outdoors, than we could have imagined. I loved the gorgeous old windows in the bedrooms and bathrooms that opened up to bring the outside in. Waking up in the morning and having coffee outside was a total dream. The hosts were very kind, and close by and available to help when we needed help with some small hiccups. They speak only Italian, but they have a son who was able to hop on a phone call and do some translating. It was a safe, peaceful and beautiful place to rest after long days in Tuscany."

"We had a very special stay at Villa Splendida.The villa is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully maintained, and very well equipped. My family and friends had a wonderful time during our week there. It is also in a very strategic location, making it easy to explore many of Tuscany's main towns and attractions.A huge plus is that both houses have air conditioning, which is especially important during the hot Tuscan summers and made our stay much more comfortable.I highly recommend Villa Splendida to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-located place to experience Tuscany. The view from the pool and sunset is outstanding!"

"La casa è bellissima e il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. La proprietà è curata in ogni dettaglio, con un’area esterna fantastica che permette di godersi appieno la tranquillità della campagna. Anche il locale braceria è una vera chicca, un valore aggiunto che rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale. La piscina è un ulteriore punto di forza della struttura purtroppo, visto il periodo, non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla, ma sarà sicuramente per la prossima volta. L’unico aspetto che rivedrei riguarda la dotazione della cucina essendo una casa pensata per essere vissuta, sarebbe utile avere qualche accessorio in più, come mestoli, coltelli e utensili vari, che erano un po’ limitati. Per il resto, una vera e propria casa di campagna spettacolare, consigliatissima a chi cerca pace, natura e autenticità."
