Cozy and nicely furnished cottage. The living room leads onto the covered terrace, whose hedge provides pleasant privacy. The sun terrace offers a far-reaching view of the surroundings. Just a short walk from the supermarket, restaurants and bars. With air conditioning and WiFi internet access.

Within the "La Torre Golf Resort" with a total area of more than 1,400,000 m2, there are various restaurants, a supermarket, bank, hairdresser, private security, as well as playgrounds and tennis courts. Only15 minutes drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor, Europe's largest saltwater lagoon, with numerous water sports possibilities.

A baby crib and high chair are available with extra charge.

Het huisje was aan restauratie toe, bijna de gehele periode zonder en-suite toilet en een boilerswitch storing gezeten.Ik raad deze villa niet aan!

Peu recommandable, le canapé est sale, le frigo vieux, le rideau terrasse ne ferme pas. L'eau chaude est froide, les robinets sont noyés dans le calcaire. Aucune intimité, l'accès terrasse n'a pas de clôture. Bref, trouver une autre location.

Toll wohnen für kleines Geld

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Anlage und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Anlage mit gut gut ausgestatteten Häusern. Genau in der Mitte zwischen Murcia und dem Mittelmeer gelegen. Kleine Städte runnd herum mit jeder Menge Tapasbars. Perfekt.

Property was nice but lacked facilities and necessities

Property was nice, well located and reasonably maintained. No problem with air con, bath for instance. Furnishings and facilities very dated, for example no dishwasher and the TV was very old, c2000 pre flat screen! We are a family of four and didn't receive enough towels, the crockery was few, and old, and there was no soap or tea towels on arrival! We had two loungers between four of us - which are essential as there are no seats at the shared pools. The villa is also backing on to a fruit field and flies were a nuisance - we would recommend fly screens to be installed. The garden could also be extended - some of the other properties have extended already onto the communal land. As it stands it is not a space you want to sit in for long as it is cramped by the hedges. So in short the location and resort was great - the facilities, feel, restaurants, golf etc all very good. But the property itself felt dated and unloved. I hope the owners take our feedback on board and update the facilities and make it feel more welcoming and luxurious.

Very dated and well worn property.

Very dated. Pots, pans very worn/scratched, dishes chipped/dont match. TV was very old, I cant remember last time I saw one like that. Hot water kept on switching off. Contacted the owner a couple of times and he come very quickly each time and fixed but still not comfortable. Everything else could be tolerated but the beds, well they are basically upgraded camp beds - very hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. Not once had a good nights sleep.We Were also charged €8 a day consumption fee which I have never heard of before and it was not made clear at booking. Also charged €15 per set of bedsheets and towels, which consisted of a fitted sheet and sheet and a very small hand towel and very small bath towel, all very old and worn but clean. No beach towels. I do not recommend this property.
