“I regularly travel at primarily 5 star luxury properties for my job. This hotel is a shining example of how all of those bells and whistles are completely unnecessary when you *nail* the basics. The mattress was the most comfortable I've ever slept in in a hotel. The temperature was absolutely perfect (not to hot; not too cold). The layout was sparse but perfect for laying out large luggage. “Communication from hotel terrible. Don’t expect to get your email with check in on time. You have to remind them to send information several times. They claim email went to spam but I received 40 minutes later into my regular email. Remember there is no one at front door to check you in.
